What is your exchange, refund and return policy?

Accessories

All accessories returned within 30 days are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.  There will be a 10% restocking fee for all items that are returned/canceled for any other reason than a malfunction/defect/error.

Cellular Devices

All cellular devices are covered by a 30 day refund or store credit, 60 day exchange policy.  This policy starts from the date that you receive your device via the shipping courier.  All exchanges from 30 - 60 days are subject to a $19.99 processing fee (No fees for exchanges within initial 30 days).  Devices Now will supply a Pre-Paid return shipping label for any items that are defective.  Please allow 24-72 business hours from receipt for product inspection and return processing.  There will be a 10% restocking fee for all items that are returned or canceled for any other reason than a malfunction or defect.  All items purchased on our site in error and canceled prior to shipping are subject to a 5% administrative fee (We only apply this fee towards cellular devices due to the fee we pay for fraud review of all cellular device transactions).

All returns and exchanges require prior approval and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please contact us by submitting a Help Desk ticket on our website to request a return and form.  Please be sure to title the subject of your ticket (  RETURN REQUEST [REASON HERE]  ) in order for us to expedite the handling of your issue.  Please provide the IMEI# from your device when contacting us.  All returns must be mailed to us within 7 days of RMA approval.

PLEASE NOTE: All unlocked devices on our site are compatible with any carriers that we mention in our listings.  Due to the complex nature of unlocked phones, carrier plans & MVNO’s, Devices Now only guarantees our unlocked devices for voice, text and data compatibility.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their carrier prior to purchase if certain features, applications, updates & data speeds may or may not work with unlocked devices.  All unlocked devices need to be configured upon receipt to work with a carrier if the device was not originally manufactured for that carrier.  Kindly revert to our FAQ section for setup instructions (Device Setup & Fixes). SETUP HERE

We make no guarantee that any device will come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

This policy excludes incidental damages caused by mishandling (Water Damage, Broken Screen), altering the original factory ROM such as rooting, installing custom recovery, custom ROM or 3rd party apps.

IMPORTANT!  CLIENT HAS 3 DAYS TO INSPECT MERCHANDISE UPON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY.  DEVICES NOW MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ANY DAMAGE INCURRED TO ITEMS DURING TRANSIT.  IF AN ITEM IS RECEIVED DAMAGED, YOU MUST KEEP THE BOX AND ENTIRE CONTENTS. CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
